Skin Deep
Skin Deep makes card games designed to get people talking properly. Its best-known product is THE AND, a set of question decks that grew out of an Emmy-winning project about relationships. The company started in 2014. For lighter evenings there is Kidulting, a prompt game built for silliness rather than soul-searching.

About Skin Deep
The games
THE AND comes in versions for couples, for friends and for families. The questions move into love, work, sex and how people really see each other, so expect honest answers rather than small talk. Kidulting goes the other way. It is a party game full of daft prompts for adults who could do with a break from being grown-ups. Bundles group several decks together if you want more than one.
Good for
These make thoughtful presents for anniversaries, new couples or a family get-together. Kidulting suits a games night with friends, while THE AND works best in smaller groups that are happy to open up.
Delivery, returns and extras
Standard UK delivery takes 3 to 5 working days and costs nothing on orders above £30. Orders can also be sent overseas. Unused items in their original packaging can usually be returned, though the window varies, so read the terms before posting anything back. Students, NHS staff and members of the armed forces or veterans can verify through VerifyPass for a reduced price. A community membership adds perks such as digital magazines and event tickets.
