About Secrets Shop
What's in the range
Toys make up the largest section, covering vibrators, clitoral stimulators, dildos and toys designed for men. Some are made for solo use and others for couples. Lingerie, bondage and fetish accessories and lubes sit alongside them. Gift cards are sold too, and seasonal gift edits appear around Valentine's Day. The team behind the shop has worked in the sector for years and can help if you are unsure what to choose.
Delivery options
Orders are sent discreetly and normally take 2-4 working days. Tracked 24 takes 1-2 working days, Standard Tracked takes 2-3, and Express Tracked aims for the next working day. A Saturday Special option exists as well. Delivery becomes free above a minimum spend, so check the threshold shown at checkout. The website takes orders around the clock.
Returns, payment and rewards
Returns are accepted within 14 days, but only on products that are still sealed. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Regular customers collect SecretsPoints on each order and can redeem them later, and NHS workers can claim a discount. The business is run by APA Trading Limited and trades online only.
