Guarantees, finance and aftercare
New furniture comes with a 12-month parts and labour guarantee and a 10-year guarantee on the frame. Electrical parts and recliner mechanisms carry a 12-month warranty. Faults should be reported within 12 months, and an independent technician visit can be arranged for quality issues. Because pieces are bespoke, cancellation rights follow specific terms, so read them before confirming. Finance is available subject to status, alongside cards and PayPal. Students can get a discount through Student Beans, and NHS and forces staff through Health Service Discounts and Blue Light Card.
