HSL Chairs
HSL Chairs builds furniture around posture. The Yorkshire company behind it, High Seat Ltd, has handcrafted chairs, sofas and adjustable beds in Britain since 1968. Support for the neck, back and hips sits at the centre of every design. It is a natural fit for anyone who finds ordinary sofas uncomfortable, or who needs a chair that helps them stand up.

About HSL Chairs
Chairs, sofas and beds
Chairs are the heart of the range. There are armchairs and accent chairs, plus riser recliners that lift you towards standing at the press of a button. Occupational therapists have approved the recliners. Each chair comes in several sizes, with plenty of fabric and leather choices. Sofas follow the same supportive thinking, and a Giuseppe Nicoletti collection brings Italian styling. For the bedroom, HSL makes adjustable beds. Frames use timber from sustainably managed forests.
Getting the right fit
Size matters with posture furniture, so HSL runs a chair fitting service to match a chair to your body. You can try pieces in its showrooms around the UK, or book a free home visit from a comfort specialist. Customer care, run from West Yorkshire, answers questions seven days a week.
Delivery and peace of mind
Delivery is free. The team installs the furniture, sets up electrical items and takes the packaging away, and old furniture can be removed too. If you need something quickly, selected Express Delivery pieces arrive and are assembled within three working days. A 30-day comfort guarantee gives a full refund if you're not happy, and frames carry a 25-year guarantee. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, or spread the cost with finance.
