The store does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and alcohol-based fragrance travels by ground within the continental U.S. only. International orders go by DHL Express, with duties and taxes paid by the recipient.
Web orders can be mailed back within 30 days of delivery with the prepaid UPS label from the returns portal, and a flat $7 return shipping fee comes off the refund or store credit. Returns are free at any Robert Graham full-price store. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached; swimwear, intimates, fragrance, gift cards, pop-up merchandise and items marked final are excluded. Refunds can take up to 30 business days after the parcel arrives.
