REGAL FISH SUPPLIES
Regal Fish Supplies brings fish and seafood to the door across England and North Wales. The family-run business has traded since 1989 and works from Barton-Upon-Humber in North Lincolnshire. Orders arrive fresh, chilled, smoked or frozen, either in Regal's own refrigerated vans or by DPD courier in temperature-controlled packaging. About REGAL FISH SUPPLIES
On the counter
Salmon fillets and cod loins are the staples, with haddock, halibut, sea bass and whole tail scampi close behind. For special occasions there is lobster, crab and prawns. Smoked fish is prepared the traditional way, and Regal also sells flavoured butters to serve with it. Every species comes from sustainable fisheries chosen for their ethical record.
How delivery works
Van customers get a set date and time, and the fish travels in a refrigerated vehicle with a driver who knows the products. Fresh fish on the van comes interleaved in a sealed tray. Courier orders go by DPD on a set date within a time slot, arrive vacuum-packed, and DPD gets in touch the day before. Orders over £60 qualify for free next-day delivery.
Paying and storing
Cards can be used online, with payment taken when you order. Van customers may also pay the driver in cash or by cheque. Fresh fish can go straight into the freezer, ideally on the day it arrives, and many items cook from frozen. Club Regal members earn points, and NHS and armed forces staff can claim a discount. If anything is wrong with an order, customer service handles quality problems.
Sustainability at REGAL FISH SUPPLIES
Regal Fish prides itself on sourcing only from sustainable fisheries and upholding the highest ethical reputations, ensuring responsible practices for all their seafood.
