About RDX Sports
Gloves, bags and pads
Boxing gloves are the core of the range, in competition, sparring, training and kids' versions. As a rough guide, 12oz to 14oz suits bag and pad work, while 16oz gives extra protection for sparring. Beginners often start with an all-purpose 12oz pair.
Punch bags come as heavy, freestanding, double-end and speed bags. Coaches can pick up boxing sticks, body protectors and focus pads. For protection there are hand wraps, mouth guards and head guards, with skipping ropes and braces for general fitness.
Approvals and durability
Many products hold approvals from IMMAF, WAKO, IBA and BBBofC, which matters if you compete. RDX says it designs equipment to last rather than be replaced often. Leather gloves stay in better shape if wiped down after use and dried away from direct heat.
