SV 100 Professional Sous Vide Garer

The Steba SV 100 Professional hangs on the side of any pan from 15 cm deep and turns it into a temperature-controlled water bath. At 1500 W it brings 30 litres to 56 °C in about three quarters of an hour, then holds it within a tenth of a degree, which is the precision sous-vide cooking actually depends on. The pump moves 7.5 litres a minute so there are no warm and cold pockets around the bags, and the control panel sets temperature to one decimal place.
