About Tiny Lux
What's in the range
Kitchen appliances make up a large share. Look for coffee and espresso machines, kettles, toasters, blenders, food processors and breadmakers. Slow cookers, soup makers, microwaves, mini fridges and ice cream makers are listed too. Laundry covers washing machines and tumble dryers, with heated airers, garment steamers and irons for clothes care. For cleaning there are robot and cordless vacuums, pressure washers, steam cleaners and carpet cleaners. For the air indoors there are fans, heaters, dehumidifiers, purifiers and air conditioners. Personal care runs to shavers, IPL devices and electric toothbrushes. Bosch, Bissell, Tefal, Nespresso, Beko and VAX also appear. Running-cost calculators are on the site too, including one that weighs up home IPL against a salon laser.
Before you order
There is no flat delivery fee. Postage is worked out when checking out, and a number of products carry free delivery. Timing depends on where the item comes from. UK partners send goods within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 10. German-dispatched goods are sent out in 1 to 3 business days, then need 7 to 15 to arrive. The parcel comes with DPD, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Mains-powered products for UK addresses include a suitable plug or adaptor.
Returns
Most products can go back within 30 days of delivery. From day 15 to day 30, the item must be complete, unused and never installed, and return postage is the buyer's. White goods and large appliances only get the 14-day legal cancellation period. Email [email protected] before sending anything back.
Tiny Lux FAQs
How long does Tiny Lux take to deliver?
That depends on the supplier. UK partner stock leaves within 2 business days and normally arrives in 3 to 10. Goods dispatched from Germany take 7 to 15 business days.
Can I send back a washing machine bought at Tiny Lux?
Yes, but the window is 14 days. Large appliances and white goods don't get the 30-day period that smaller products have, and they go to a separate returns address.
Which couriers bring Tiny Lux orders?
DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEx all carry Tiny Lux parcels, varying with the product and where it ships from. The shop also sends orders to Canada, the US and the EU.
Who pays if a Tiny Lux appliance arrives faulty?
Tiny Lux does. If goods turn up faulty, damaged or wrong, it will collect them or refund reasonable postage. Refunds are paid within 14 days of the item reaching it.
When is Tiny Lux customer support open?
Emails to [email protected] are answered on weekdays, between 10:30am and 7:30pm UK time. Include the order number and say which product is affected when asking to cancel or return.
