Sapphire Spray Grease

Rocol Sapphire Spray Grease is a high-performance PTFE-fortified lubricant designed for extreme pressure applications. This advanced spray grease combines lithium complex soap technology with extreme pressure additives and PTFE to deliver exceptional load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. The PTFE content reduces stick-slip on start-up, ensuring smooth and controlled movement in demanding industrial environments. Ideal for protecting components operating in extreme sub-zero conditions, this spray grease maintains excellent low temperature performance down to -50°C. It also offers high-speed capability for applications such as fan and motor bearings, making it a versatile solution for workshop and industrial maintenance tasks. The formulation is highly resistant to oxidation, which extends lubrication intervals whilst reducing equipment failure and costly downtime. Its compatibility with most plastics and rubbers makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, and it functions effectively as an electrical contact grease where required.
