RTD Metal Cutting Lubricant Foamcut

The Rocol RTD Metal Cutting Lubricant Foamcut is a specialist metal cutting lubricant designed to deliver extreme pressure cutting performance in severe machining operations. This 300ml foaming aerosol combines professional-grade lubrication with an economical delivery system, making it ideal for workshops and fabrication environments where cutting precision matters. The unique foaming action distinguishes this lubricant from conventional spray products, as the foam adheres directly to cutting tools even during operation. This allows tradespeople to apply the lubricant to moving tools without interruption, improving workflow efficiency during continuous cutting tasks. The low odour formulation makes it more comfortable to use in enclosed workshop environments compared to traditional cutting fluids. Specially formulated for extreme pressure applications, Foamcut provides the lubrication performance needed for demanding metalworking operations including drilling, tapping, reaming and milling. The aerosol format ensures precise application directly where needed, reducing waste and extending coverage compared to liquid cutting oils.
