Flaw finder Crack Detection System Kit

The Rocol Flawfinder Crack Detection System Kit is a professional non-destructive inspection system designed to reveal surface cracks and flaws invisible to the naked eye. This three-part dye penetrant testing system provides tradespeople and engineers with a fast, reliable method for quality control and safety inspections across metalwork applications. Ideal for inspecting welded joints, castings, and forgings, this complete detection system identifies hairline cracks, porosity, and surface defects that could compromise structural integrity. The kit delivers a comprehensive NDT solution for maintenance engineers, welders, and fabricators working in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and general engineering environments. The system comprises three essential components that work together to detect surface discontinuities: a 300ml cleaner spray to prepare the test surface, a 300ml dye penetrant that seeps into cracks, and a 400ml developer spray that draws out the penetrant to create a visible indication. This colour-contrast method enables thorough visual inspection without damaging the component being tested, making it suitable for critical safety checks and routine quality assurance procedures. Features and Benefits: • Complete three-part system provides everything needed for professional crack detection • Non-destructive testing method preserves component integrity • Reveals surface defects invisible to naked eye inspection • Suitable for welded joints, castings and forgings across multiple industries Specifications: Lubricant Type: Kit
