Silver plate, Swarovski crystals and lucite, 19 cm x 2.5 cm ABOUT THE DESIGNER A family-owned company from the fifties through the seventies, Regency produced costume jewellery of breathtaking beauty. Regency backed its high-quality diamante with "Japanned" metal.
