PO boxes and bank holiday delivery aren't covered. Overseas shipping is priced by region, from £9.99 up to £29.99, is free above £350 and includes customs and duty for most countries.
Returning a piece
You have 14 days from delivery to send something back. You can choose your money back, a swap, or store credit valid for 12 months. Jewellery must be unworn and as it arrived. Post earrings can't be returned, and the delivery charge isn't refunded.
