Number 17 Balloons

Soft pastel pink gives this “17” set a sweeter look for surprising someone on their seventeenth birthday, especially paired with pink, white or neutral decorations. You get 2 separate 40-inch foil balloons — one number 1 and one number 7 — plus an inflation straw, and both numbers can be filled with air or helium and carefully reused after the celebration.
