Expert Wire Rope Puller

The Draper Expert Wire Rope Puller is a high-strength manual winch designed for pulling and positioning heavy loads up to 1,600kg in professional and trade applications. Engineered for single-person operation, this compact puller combines robust construction with practical features that make it suitable for confined spaces where larger equipment cannot be used. The heavy-duty steel mechanism protects a 20-metre, 11mm diameter wire rope that can be operated at any angle, providing versatility across a wide range of applications. The forward and reverse control handle gives precise control when pulling or releasing loads, while an additional release lever enables quick rope length adjustments without cycling through the full mechanism. The telescopic two-piece operating handle extends up to 800mm, allowing comfortable operation at various working heights and providing the leverage needed for heavy loads. Built for portability and durability, the lightweight aluminium casing features an integrated carry handle for easy transportation between job sites. The heavy-duty hook fitted to the wire rope end can be attached directly to the load or securely mounted to the puller body using the anchor pin, offering flexibility in rigging configurations. Ideal for vehicle recovery, equipment positioning, tree work, and general construction tasks where controlled pulling force is required.
