Soloist Frameset CER-B-0M0STBFS3X54

The new Soloist is built for racers. The ones who don’t just “trust the process,” they live the process. Soloist has always been a bike for the riders willing to take risks, to get into the break, and to make their own luck.8.6 Watts FasterWe started, as always, in CFD. Increasing surface area makes the bike faster, but it also adds weight. CFD allows us to narrow in on the places we can make air flow more smoothly without a significant weight penalty. The head tube is deeper, the fork legs are deeper, and the BB junction shields the rear wheel better allowing it to work more effectively as a system. The result is 8.6 watts of drag savings over the outgoing Soloist, with an additional 4.3 watts on offer when you use the aero bottles.267 Grams LighterAs A System The frame’s surface area increased by almost 3%, while the fork’s surface area increased by over 8%. But despite these increases, we were able to save weight both on the frame and fork relative to the outgoing Soloist, making a lighter bike that’s much faster. At 6.85kg out of the box, you’re bang on the UCI weight limit.
