The Old Clare Hotel sits in Chippendale, Sydney, where industrial heritage meets modern interiors.
Harbour Rocks Hotel is also in Sydney, in the historic Rocks precinct near the harbour.
The Inchcolm is perched above Brisbane's CBD, mixing period features with a playful modern style. Its Parlour has been reworked as a space for gatherings.
