Natural Cycles

Natural Cycles UK brings you a revolutionary approach to fertility management, offering the world's first and only FDA-cleared birth control app. Founded by particle physicist Elina Berglund in 2012, the company was born from a personal quest for hormone-free contraception. What began as a personal project quickly evolved into a scientifically backed, regulated medical device, empowering millions globally to understand their bodies and make informed choices about their reproductive health. With a strong commitment to data privacy and rigorous scientific research, Natural Cycles stands as a trusted name in natural family planning.

Discover the Natural Cycles App

At the heart of Natural Cycles is its innovative app, designed to help users either prevent or plan a pregnancy. By accurately analysing daily basal body temperature, the app identifies fertile and non-fertile days with remarkable precision. This non-invasive method offers a compelling alternative to traditional hormonal birth control, appealing to those seeking a natural approach without side effects. The app seamlessly integrates with popular wearables like the Oura Ring and Apple Watch, making temperature tracking effortless and convenient for modern lifestyles.
