How the hire works
Ordering takes four steps. You can do it all online, or order online and then visit a store for a fitting. A standard hire lasts seven days: the outfit arrives four days before the event and goes back two days after. Longer hires cost extra. Booking about 60 days ahead gives the widest choice of styles and sizes. With an event under 14 days away, going into a branch is the better route.
Delivery and returns
Collecting from a UK branch costs nothing, and DPD home delivery starts at £8.95. Online orders need the wear date to be at least seven working days after the order is placed. The delivery date also cannot fall on the day of the event. Returns are free at any hire store, or a courier can collect from home or work if you reuse the original box. Damage charges may apply if an outfit comes back harmed. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal all work at checkout. Students, armed forces personnel and NHS staff can get a discount.
