About mindhub

mindhub is an online store for IT certification preparation, run by Pearson VUE, which describes it as one of its divisions. The UK site prices everything in pounds and sells practice tests, eLearning courses and exam bundles, while customer service uses a Pearson mailing address in Bloomington, Minnesota. What mindhub sells MeasureUp practice tests for exams such as AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals and PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst, with study and timed certification modes and instant score reports Microsoft Exam Replay bundles, which combine an exam with a retake and, in one version, a practice test IT Specialist Certification bundles in subjects including artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, each with training material and a prepaid exam Pearson courses with 180-day access, such as one for the SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect exam, plus Adobe CertPREP practice tests powered by GMetrix The store's FAQ lists prep for programmes from (ISC)2, AWS, Cisco, CompTIA, EC-Council, ISACA, ITIL, LPI, Oracle and VMware as well as Microsoft and Adobe. MeasureUp practice tests come with a Test-Pass Guarantee, and mindhub runs a price-match policy: a buyer who finds a lower current price at another online retailer can email proof and ask for it to be matched. Delivery and returns Everything on the UK store reaches buyers by email at no charge. Product keys arrive straight after payment, prepaid exams can take up to two hours, and anyone who has received nothing 12 hours after ordering is asked to contact customer service. Printed books and other physical stock ship only to US addresses. Digital products and bundles cannot be returned, and prepaid exams are final. Each one can be used only at a Pearson VUE test centre in the country chosen at checkout and expires 12 months after purchase, so the test has to be sat by that date. Physical items can come back within 30 days of purchase once customer service issues a return authorisation, and account credits take 7 to 10 business days.
