About mindhub
What the store offers
MeasureUp tests cover exams like PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) and AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals). Each has a study mode with answer explanations and a timed mode, plus an instant score report.
For Microsoft candidates, Exam Replay bundles add a retake to the exam, and one version includes practice questions too. IT Specialist Certification bundles join training to a prepaid exam in subjects such as cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. Pearson courses give 180 days of online access, and Adobe CertPREP tests run on GMetrix. Prep also covers VMware, Oracle, LPI, ITIL, ISACA, EC-Council and (ISC)2.
Good to know before buying
Keys for products arrive by email the moment payment clears, while a prepaid exam may need up to two hours. If nothing has turned up after 12 hours, customer service should be contacted. Printed books ship to US addresses only.
A prepaid exam is tied to Pearson VUE test centres in the country picked at checkout. Its validity ends 12 months from the purchase date, so the sitting needs booking well before then. Exams are final, and digital items, bundles included, are non-returnable. A wrong product should be reported within 72 hours.
Extra cover
MeasureUp tests carry a Test-Pass Guarantee, with its conditions set out on a separate page. mindhub will also match a rival online retailer's current price if the buyer sends evidence by email, for example a link. Shipping costs don't count in that comparison.
