The Science Behind MBT Shoes
MBT's distinctive curved sole is engineered to mimic walking on soft, uneven surfaces, which naturally engages more muscles and encourages a rolling motion. This innovative design helps to improve venous return, reduce lumbar pain, and increase muscular activity, making them ideal for daily wear, work, and even running.
