About MANAWA
Picking an activity
You can search by destination or by type of activity. Arctic trips feature strongly, with dog sledding and snowmobiling in Norway and Sweden, and destinations such as Tromsø and Rovaniemi. Warmer options include surfing, diving and wildlife encounters in the Caribbean and South Africa. Annecy in France is another popular base. Climbing, water sports and aerial activities are also listed.
Booking and cancelling
Payment is taken by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, and confirmation arrives as soon as you book. There is no single refund rule. Cancellation terms depend on the experience, so read the conditions for your chosen activity before paying. Customer service works six days out of seven and speaks five languages, and a chatbot runs around the clock.
Gifts and group discounts
Gift cards are sold, and activities on the platform can be bought as presents. NHS and healthcare workers can get reduced rates. So can armed forces members, through Blue Light Card and the Defence Discount Service.
