About Lush Lobster

Lush Lobster is a London-based online shop for personalised greeting cards, signing its site as Lush Lobster Cards. Shoppers choose from more than 1,500 designs, change the message or upload a photo, and the finished card is printed and posted by Royal Mail, with orders placed before 12pm dispatched the same day. What Lush Lobster sells Personalised birthday cards, with ranges for mums, dads, partners, children and friends Cards for anniversaries, weddings, engagements, new babies, christenings, new homes, graduations, retirements and Christmas Cards for exams, good luck, get well soon, thinking of you, sympathy, leaving and thank you Photo upload cards, including multi-photo designs, plus editable text on every card Flower bouquets such as The Ottilie and Peony Perfection, chocolates, candles and personalised goodies Bundles pairing a card with a treat and a gift, among them The Grand Gesture and The Sweet Talker Many of the illustrated designs are by independent artist Sophie Sargent, whose work the shop says it sells with her permission. The site also has a reminders feature for keeping track of upcoming birthdays and occasions. Delivery and returns Every Lush Lobster order goes by Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days from dispatch and First Class takes 1 business day, so a First Class card ordered before the 12pm cut-off can arrive within about 24 hours. The shipping page does not list a price for each service. If a card falls short of expectations, the buyer has seven days from receiving the order to ask for a reprint, a swap or a full refund. Requests go by email to [email protected] with the order number and a short description of the problem.
