Linoto is a linen brand from New York State, founded in 2007 by designer Jason Evege. Everything is cut and sewn at its own workshop in Westchester County, using European flax. It sells bed linen, bath towels and table linen, and ships to the UK with prices shown in pounds.

About Linoto
Three linens, many pieces
Bedding comes in three linens: Belgian eco-linen, Italian linen and a certified-organic range. Each covers sheet sets, pillowcases, shams, duvet covers and quilted coverlets, with lightweight blankets and bedskirts as well. Custom sizes can be made to order. In the bathroom, choose spa towels, heavyweight bath sheets or washcloths. Kitchen and dining linen includes napkins, tablecloths, tea towels, helper towels and fringed coasters. Linen boxer shorts and soap are the outliers.
Getting it to the UK
UK delivery is priced at checkout according to postcode and parcel weight. Any import duty or local tax is the buyer's to pay, so budget for that on top. Parcels go out in plastic-free recycled packaging.
Returns need planning
A 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers most items kept in stock. Within 15 days of delivery, contact Linoto by email or phone for a return authorisation number. Goods then need to reach Linoto inside 30 days of the original delivery. Linoto covers the cost of sending items back only when they are faulty or damaged. Refunds go to the original payment method. Monogrammed, custom-size and special-order pieces cannot be returned, and neither can split king sets, bedskirts, curtains or boxer shorts.

Will I pay import charges on a Linoto order?
Possibly. Linoto says any import duties or local taxes are the buyer's responsibility, on top of shipping priced by postcode and weight.
Can Linoto make bedding in a non-standard size?
Yes, custom sizes are made to order. Bear in mind that custom-size items cannot be returned or exchanged, so measure carefully first.
How long do I have to start a Linoto return?
Ask Linoto for a return authorisation number no later than 15 days after delivery. Your parcel then has to be back with Linoto within 30 days of the original delivery.
What linen does Linoto use?
European flax, in three ranges: Belgian eco-linen, Italian linen and certified-organic linen. The organic range is washed using filtered water and Green Shield Organic soap.
