About Laud Sleep

Laud Sleep is an online bedding retailer in Hertford, Hertfordshire, run by Laud Limited (Companies House 16044149), a company incorporated in October 2024. It does not make its own range: it buys from a handful of specialist labels and sells their bed linen, duvets, pillows and mattresses through laudsleep.com, priced in pounds for UK shoppers. What Laud Sleep sells Organic bamboo silk duvet sets, sheets and pillows from Luff Sleep Washed European linen from Lazy Linen, and washed cotton and cotton muslin sets from Yard Mulberry silk pillowcases, eye masks and scrunchies from Silky Silks Laura Ashley feather and down duvets and pillows, plus TLC Egyptian cotton bedding Millbrook mattresses, which the shop says are made by hand in England, along with toppers, protectors and My Nature beds Bath towels, throws, cushions, home fragrance, pyjamas and robes The shop publishes pillow and duvet buying guides and a materials guide, and its blog, The Bedside Journal, covers topics such as washing a feather and down duvet at home without losing its loft. Delivery and returns Mainland UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more and costs £3.95 below that, while Northern Ireland and Channel Islands addresses pay £10.95. Most orders leave within 2 working days and Laud Sleep asks customers to allow 3 to 4 working days; beds and mattresses can take longer. Smaller parcels travel by insured Royal Mail and bulkier ones with couriers such as DPD, Evri and FedEx, and an order mixing several brands can arrive in separate parcels. Delivery outside the UK is quoted on request by email. Unwanted items can go back within 30 days of receipt, but for hygiene reasons bed linen, duvets and pillows are accepted only unopened. A return starts with an email to [email protected] quoting the order number, the customer pays the return postage, and refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear. Faulty goods should be reported by email first and must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
