About Kukoon Rugs
Styles, sizes and fibres
Large rugs for living rooms sit alongside runners for hallways and kitchens. There are bedroom rugs too, plus playful designs for children's rooms. Materials vary by price and use. Wool is the luxurious choice, polypropylene is easy to look after, and jute, sisal and cotton bring natural texture. Outdoor rugs are made to be durable.
Seeing rugs in person
In Belfast, Kukoon runs two anchor stores that put the collections on show, and click and collect is offered. That helps when a colour is hard to judge on screen. Product pages carry detailed descriptions and high-resolution images for anyone buying unseen.
Delivery, returns and payment
Every order to the UK and Ireland ships free, and international shipping is available beyond that. Returns are accepted; customer service explains the process, so get in touch before sending anything back. Card payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express are taken, as are PayPal and Klarna. NHS staff can claim a dedicated discount. Shopperazzi tracks Kukoon's current rugs and delivery details on this page.
