About Internet Reptile
Feeding, housing, heat and light
Food covers farm-fresh livefood sent with a live arrival guarantee, frozen food and supplements. There are also complete diets for crested geckos, tortoises and bearded dragons. For housing there are ProRep wooden vivariums, glass terrariums, mesh enclosures, plastic tubs and tortoise tables.
Heating and lighting is a big section. Expect UV lighting, basking lamps, LED plant lights and night lights, along with thermostats, ceramic heaters, heat mats and heat projectors. Arcadia and Habistat are among the brands.
Help for keepers
Care sheets on the site cover bearded dragons, Hermann's tortoises and corn snakes. The team gives product advice by phone or email and aims to reply the same or next working day.
Delivery, returns and collection
Delivery is free over £99, excluding pallets and frozen food, and starts at £4.99 for smaller orders. Next day delivery reaches most of the UK; allow one or two extra working days at peak times. Most items can go back within 30 days for a refund or credit, though live and frozen food can't be returned. Local keepers can collect through partner shop Medusa Exotics Reptiles in Nottingham.
