About HUEL
Choosing a format
Powder is the most customisable option, with Essential Powder and Black Edition as the two main choices. Ready-to-drink meals, including Lite and Black Edition, suit days with no time to prepare anything. Hot & Savoury meals give a warm alternative. Daily Greens & Superfoods and the Daily A-Z Vitamins drink help top up nutrients. For snacks there are Complete Nutrition Bars and Complete Protein. Key ingredients include oats, pea protein and flaxseed.
Who it suits
Busy professionals short on time are a natural fit, as are fitness enthusiasts who want an easy source of protein. Every product is vegan and designed for low-carbon eating, which appeals to shoppers trying to shrink their environmental impact.
Delivery, payment and first orders
Subscription orders ship free within the UK, and one-off orders start at £3.99 for delivery. Spending over £45 qualifies for free express delivery. Orders can also be sent outside the UK. If a first order disappoints, contact Huel to ask for a refund. Payment options are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The Huel+ scheme collects points that convert into money off later orders. Student discounts run through UNiDAYS, Student Beans or SheerID, and NHS and armed forces staff can verify for discounts too.
