Hiatt Hardware
Hiatt Hardware sells door and cabinet furniture online from its base in Birmingham. Its roots go back to 1982, and the current company was incorporated in 2009. The shop serves home renovators and trade buyers alike, with handles, knobs, locks, hinges and outdoor ironmongery. UK delivery is free once an order passes £60.
About Hiatt Hardware
What's on the shelves
Door handles and knobs make up a big part of the stock, in modern and traditional finishes. Cabinet handles suit kitchen cupboards, wardrobes and furniture upcycling. For new doors, complete door packs bundle the handles, hinges and locks together, so nothing gets missed. There is also external ironmongery for outdoor jobs.
Trade and regular customers
Anyone can order, whether buying for one room or a full site. Commercial buyers can open a trade account, and regular customers can join the Hiatt Hardware Rewards Scheme. There is no showroom, so everything is bought through the website. The business belongs to Mascot Metal Manufacturers.
Ordering and returns
Same-day dispatch is available, and delivery costs nothing on UK orders over £60. Unused items can be returned within 14 days. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are the accepted payment methods. The shop does not ship abroad. Phone and email enquiries are answered on weekdays, and the team is closed at weekends and over Christmas.
