Hamleys
Hamleys is the London toy shop William Hamley opened in 1760. It is still best known for its flagship on Regent Street. Its website sells toys and games for toddlers, older children and grown-up collectors. Expect big brands such as LEGO and Disney next to soft toys, puzzles and remote-control cars. It suits gift buyers who want plenty of choice in a single order.

About Hamleys
What's on the shelves
The headline brands are LEGO and Disney, joined by the Palm Pals plush range and the shop's own Hamley Bear. Beyond those you'll find heritage teddies, wooden toys, puzzles, educational games, action figures, tech toys and remote-control vehicles. Hamleys says a team of toy-testers chooses what it stocks. Some lines are eco-friendly, and the business is working to cut plastic packaging.
Delivery choices
Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 and takes 3-5 days, or nothing once an order passes £35. Next day and named day delivery are £5.99 each. Parcels can also go to more than 2,000 Parcel Shop collection points. Click and collect is available, and Hamleys delivers internationally too.
Returns and guarantees
Changed your mind? Unopened toys in a resalable state can come back for a refund within 60 days, or for an exchange within 90. Faulty items are covered for a year from purchase, with a replacement or refund. Returns are self-service, either by post or at a store. Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Hamleys gift cards are available as well.
Sustainability at Hamleys
Hamleys stocks eco-friendly and sustainable toys and is working to reduce plastic packaging and increase recyclable materials.
