About Hairetic

Hairetic is an independent British haircare brand that concentrates on dandruff and scalp care. It was started by Andrew Rayner, who spent close to two decades in the health and beauty industry, including work on Head & Shoulders, according to the brand's launch press release. The business is based in Haslemere, Surrey, and sells through its own web store. What Hairetic sells Anti-Dandruff Sensitive Shampoo in a 250ml bottle Anti-Dandruff Sensitive Conditioner in a 250ml bottle Anti-Dandruff 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner in a 250ml bottle Hairetic describes its Sensitive range as an extra-mild formula made with aloe vera and dermatologically tested for sensitive skin, and says 9 in 10 users reported fewer visible flakes. The brand lists approval from The Vegan Society and Cruelty Free International. Its website also carries explainers on dandruff ingredients such as piroctone olamine, salicylic acid, selenium sulphide and ketoconazole. Delivery and returns Hairetic ships within the UK only, using Royal Mail or Evri. Delivery is free on orders over £10, and smaller orders cost £4. The shipping policy aims to dispatch within 1 working day and asks customers to allow 3 to 5 working days; Europe and the rest of the world are not served at present, which the brand attributes to rules on anti-dandruff claims. Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving an order by emailing [email protected], and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once a return is approved, the money goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Damaged, defective or wrong items should be reported straight away. Ways to save at Hairetic Buying two products cuts the price by 16% and buying four cuts it by 22%, and the website runs short games that award money-off rewards (checked October 2026).
