About GX Pillows
How the pillows work
Inside each GX Suspension Pillow are ties arranged like two Xs. When your head presses down, they draw the filling in and up rather than letting it spread. The filling is Polycoz, a hypoallergenic hollow-fibre polyester developed for these pillows. It sits in a 100% cotton cover with Air Vent Technology for airflow, and physiotherapists are among those who recommend them.
The range
The flagship is the Medium-soft 2nd Generation suspension pillow, joined by the Gx Support Pillow, the Like Down Pillow and the Superluxe Pillow. The Gx Wonder Cooler is aimed at sleepers who run warm, and bedding and bed linen round out the shop.
Trial, delivery and payment
Every pillow comes with a 30-day trial: if it isn't right, contact customer service and return it for a full refund. Standard UK delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, with express options at checkout, and international shipping is available. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Apple Pay. Orders can also be placed by Freephone on 0800 316 2689. NHS staff and Blue Light Card holders can get a discount.
Sustainability at GX Pillows
GX Pillows are manufactured in the UK, reducing transportation emissions. The hypoallergenic Polycoz filling provides a long-lasting alternative to down, and the durable design means pillows last longer than conventional options.

GX Pillows FAQs
What stops a GX pillow from going flat?
Internal ties set out like two Xs pull the filling in and up under pressure, so the pillow keeps its shape instead of spreading.
Is the filling suitable for allergy sufferers?
It is designed with that in mind. The Polycoz filling is a hypoallergenic hollow-fibre polyester and a long-lasting alternative to down.
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days. Express delivery can be chosen at checkout if you need it sooner.
Are GX pillows British-made?
Yes. The pillows are manufactured in the UK, which the brand says also cuts transport emissions.
