About Silentnight
Choosing a mattress
Mattress types include memory foam, pocket sprung and rolled models that arrive boxed. Many use Miracoil, Silentnight's patented continuous coil, which zones support across the body and limits disturbance from a partner. The 'just sleep' range is designed around the sleeper first. Bases come as storage divans or bed frames, and bedding covers duvets, pillows, protectors and electric blankets.
Delivery to the bedroom
Mattresses arrive within 14 days and bed frames within ten, carried to the room of your choice. Mattresses and divans are assembled on delivery. Silentnight will take away an old mattress for £30, and it runs recycling services to keep mattresses out of landfill. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
Trial, returns and guarantees
A mattress or divan set bought direct comes with a 60-night comfort exchange. If it doesn't feel right, it can be swapped once for another Silentnight mattress. Wrong or faulty products can be returned within 14 days, and unused beds and headboards have the same window. Guarantees run for up to ten years depending on the range. Payment options include cards, PayPal and Klarna. Shopperazzi lists Silentnight's current range beside its delivery terms.
