Grubby
Grubby is a fully plant-based food delivery service. Choose meal kits to cook yourself, or ready meals that just need heating. Founded in 2019 and based in London, it delivers weekly across the UK. It is a Certified B Corp, and every box bought funds a meal for a child in need through 1morechild.org.
About Grubby
Kits or ready meals
Meal kits arrive with ingredients portioned for each recipe, which suits people who enjoy cooking. Ready meals are the quicker choice for busy evenings. The menu keeps changing, with dishes from rich curries to filling stews. Everything on it is vegan, so there is no need to filter out meat or dairy.
How delivery works
Boxes arrive weekly. Inside the M25, deliveries are fully electric, and the rest of the UK gets carbon-neutral delivery. Grubby Plus is a paid membership, monthly or yearly, that covers unlimited free delivery. Subscription changes are handled by the customer service team, which answers by email and live chat on weekdays from 9:30am to 5pm.
Extras worth knowing
Students can save through Student Beans. NHS and healthcare workers get a discount via Health Service Discounts, and the armed forces via Troopscout. Gift cards are available for anyone introducing a friend to plant-based food. Pay with Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Grubby says it has served more than 100,000 customers so far.
