About Burrells
Watches and jewellery
On the watch side, brands run from Seiko and Tissot through Longines and TAG Heuer to TUDOR, Breitling and OMEGA. The jewellery covers diamond rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, with coloured gemstones as well as diamonds.
Engagement and wedding rings
Rings are a speciality. Styles include solitaire, halo, trilogy, cluster and eternity, in brilliant, princess, emerald and baguette cuts. If nothing in stock is quite right, the bespoke service designs a ring or wedding band from scratch. Appointments can be booked, and there is a champagne lounge for the occasion.
Buying, collecting and aftercare
Orders over £100 are delivered free, and online purchases can be collected from the Tunbridge Wells or Winchester shop. Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. After you buy, Burrells offers engraving, valuations, watch servicing and jewellery repairs, and it will also buy luxury watches from customers. Finance options are available, and NHS staff receive a discount. Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. Burrells is part of T.H.Baker & Co, a business established in 1888.
