GlossyBox
GlossyBox is a beauty subscription: each month a box of five products arrives at the door, mixing skincare, make-up, haircare and fragrance. Some are full-size and some are deluxe minis, from well-known names and smaller labels alike. The service started in 2011 and is part of The Hut Group. Alongside the monthly box, it sells one-off edits made with partner brands.

About GlossyBox
How the subscription works
Pick a plan, then pay in one go or month by month. Delivery to UK addresses is free on every subscription. The contents change each month, so part of the appeal is the surprise. Subscribers who fill in a beauty profile and answer short product surveys earn GLOSSYCredits, as do those who refer friends. GLOSSYCredits go towards limited edition boxes or LOOKFANTASTIC products.
Edits and brands
Beyond the monthly box, GlossyBox releases Limited Edition and Essential Edits, often built with brands such as Fenty Beauty, ICONIC London, Rituals and Medik8. Other names that have featured include Philosophy, Grown Alchemist and Bellapierre. Edits are typically filled with full-size products and are bought separately from the subscription.
Support and discounts
Customer service is open from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays, by phone on 00442033676091. Subscription questions, including cancellations, go through that team. Returns and complaints can be emailed to [email protected]. Students can get a discount through UNiDAYS, Student Beans or TOTUM, and healthcare workers have one too. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
