About FTP Endurance Fuel
The range
Energy Pastilles are chews in flavours such as Mixed Fruit and Tart Cherry, made to deliver carbohydrate during training and racing. Power Fluids mixes go into a bottle and add electrolytes for hydration alongside the carbs. The shop also sells reusable Adventure Pouches for carrying fuel, plus branded sports bottles.
Who it suits
Athletes who find gels sticky or hard on the stomach are the obvious audience. The products are built for long sessions such as marathon training, sportives and triathlon. The site's Fuel Guides explain carb loading, hydration and how much carbohydrate to take each hour in different sports, which helps anyone planning how to fuel a race.
