About Fresh

Fresh is a skincare and body care brand that Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg started as a single shop in 1991. Part of LVMH since 2000, it is now based in New York and sells in more than 25 countries, according to its parent company. Shoppers in Britain buy through fresh.com/uk, which prices in pounds and has its own returns team. What Fresh sells Cleansers, including the Soy Face Cleanser, which LVMH says sells one unit every 30 seconds worldwide Moisturisers and face creams such as Crème Ancienne, plus the Vitamin Nectar skincare collection Body care in the Milk collection Lip care and fragrance Skincare sets and gift sets LVMH describes Fresh as choosing natural ingredients for their quality and potency, and says each formula can take up to three years to develop. Delivery and returns The UK shipping policy lists standard delivery at £5.00, taking 4 to 6 business days, with free standard delivery on orders of £50 and over. Express delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. Unused and unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase, once a return has been requested. Online orders must come back through fresh.com/uk rather than to a Fresh boutique or a retail partner, and refunds go to the original payment method. The UK returns team answers questions by email at [email protected], and the policy states that statutory rights are unaffected.
