Before you order
Many items are dispatched the next day. Experience gifts can arrive by email within 15 minutes, which helps when time is short. Delivery is UK only.
Returns are accepted for 30 days from receipt, provided items are unused, complete and in their original condition. You pay the return postage, so keep proof of posting. Your original delivery cost is only refunded if everything comes back within 14 days.
