Divoom makes speakers and screens that double as pixel-art displays. The brand comes from Shenzhen, China, and its website gives 2006 as the year it started. Its own web store, run from Hong Kong, shows UK visitors prices in pounds. Expect gadgets for desks, bedsides and parties: Bluetooth speakers with LED faces, Wi-Fi pixel frames, karaoke microphones and even backpacks with built-in panels.

The product families

The speakers with programmable LED screens are the best-known line: MiniToo, Tiivoo-2, Timebox-Evo and Ditoo-Pro. For walls and desks, the Wi-Fi Pixoo displays come in three grid sizes: 16x16, 32x32 on the Pixoo-Max, and the Pixoo-64 II. The Times Gate spreads images across five screens, and the Times Frame sits on a desk. Bedside and travel audio includes the FlowToo sleep clock, Lovelock and Itour-S. Karaoke fans get Spark-Pro, Fairy-OK and the SongBird mics. LED panels are even built into the Cyberbag backpacks and slings, and Dipow USB-C chargers come in 35W and 65W.

Divoom's policy offers free standard delivery on most US and European orders, sent from warehouses in Maryland and in Hessen, Germany. The UK is not named separately, so confirm the cost and timing at checkout. Parcels sent from China take 7 to 15 working days, priced by size, weight and address. Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Returns and warranty

A change-of-mind return has to be asked for within 30 days of the parcel arriving. The item has to be unused and complete with its packaging and accessories, and the buyer pays return postage. The refund lands on the card or account used to pay, between 5 and 10 business days once approved. Warranty on eligible divoom.com orders runs for 12 months, with a further 6 months added. Anything bought through Amazon, Temu or another marketplace is covered by that seller's own terms instead. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and UnionPay.
