About Cubitts
Frames and lenses
Rimless designs and titanium frames are part of the range, and each pair is made by hand. The size spread means people with smaller or larger heads are not stuck with a single standard fit. Every prescription pair comes with ZEISS ClearView lenses, and sunglasses sit alongside the optical frames. Bespoke frames can also be commissioned.
In store
Cubitts shops offer eye examinations, frame fittings and repairs. Online orders can be collected from any store free of charge. Repairing and adjusting frames is part of how Cubitts tries to cut waste. It also works with artists on cleaning cloths, with proceeds going to charity.
Delivery and returns
DPD carries UK orders, aiming for delivery on the next working day, while orders below £75 travel by Royal Mail. Allow two days before dispatch for non-prescription frames, five for single vision lenses and ten for varifocals. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving an order, and UK returns are free. Bespoke frames and monogrammed cases are excluded. International shipping is available, and checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. The Cubitt Club loyalty scheme earns points on every purchase, and gift cards are sold.
