Crafty Arts
What began in May 1991 as an art shop in Hornchurch is now Crafty Arts, an online supplier of art and craft materials. Sign writer Lorraine and her husband Nik set it up after struggling to find good supplies. Stock runs from paints, pens and pads to card making materials and ready-made craft kits. The business is now part of Jackson's Art Supplies.
About Crafty Arts
For painters and illustrators
Painters can choose acrylics, oils or watercolours, with brushes and pads to go with them. Drawing kit includes pens and markers for beginners and more experienced hands. Mount cutters are stocked for anyone framing finished work.
For crafters and puzzlers
Card makers and scrapbookers will find papers, stamps, dies and embellishments. Kits for 3D decoupage and sequin art make easy projects, and jigsaw puzzles are on the shelves too. The range is aimed at every age and skill level, in keeping with the shop's 'be creative daily' motto.
