Delivery and returns Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £35 and costs £3.95 below that. Parcels travel with Evri, and the shipping policy says accepted orders are normally sent within 48 hours. Evri next-day delivery costs £5.95 for weekday orders placed by 12pm and does not run on Sundays or bank holidays. Under the refund policy, shoppers have 30 days from receipt to send back unopened products after a change of mind; for hygiene reasons, opened products are generally not refunded or exchanged. The customer pays return postage unless the product is faulty or misdescribed. Damaged deliveries should be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours, and refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving. Signing up for Color Wow's marketing texts unlocks 15% off, with a further 15% for email sign-up (checked October 2026).
