About Ceiling Tiles
From one box to a full ceiling
There is no minimum order, so a single box of tiles is fine. Complete suspended ceiling kits bundle tiles, grid, fixings and accessories. Tiles come in standard 600x600mm and 1200x600mm sizes, with finishes such as the wipeable Elevate EasyCare White and the fissured Elevate Cosmic White. Grid components, lights and most partition products can be bought one at a time, and insulation is stocked too.

Delivery and collection
UK delivery is free on orders over £350. Selected products can arrive next day if ordered before 1pm, and nominated-day delivery is available. For urgent orders on other items, a dedicated courier can be arranged at extra cost. An on-time delivery guarantee applies, and collection is possible from the Longhope warehouse; call first to check stock.
Returns and paying
Consumers can return goods within 14 days and businesses within 7, in original packaging. Refuse damaged deliveries and report them straight away. Bespoke, made-to-order and clearance items cannot be returned.
Card, PayPal and cheque payments are accepted, approved accounts (including public sector) can use credit terms, and a price match guarantee is offered.
