About CASECESS

CASECESS is a phone-accessory brand based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, that sells artist-designed iPhone cases and matching accessories through its own online store. Its signature idea is Morphique, a clear base case whose back cover can be swapped without replacing the whole case. Collections carry names such as Phantom Masquerade, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Ocean Moods. What CASECESS sells iPhone cases for the iPhone 15, 16, 17 and 18 families, including Pro and Pro Max sizes Morphique base cases and interchangeable back covers Leather wrist straps, cross-body straps, jelly wristlets and phone charms Magnetic grip stands, cardholder stands and AirPods pouches such as the PuffPouch Screen protectors, cables, chargers, bundle sets and custom designs CASECESS claims the Morphique system cuts plastic waste by 67% because only the back panel needs changing. Its shipping policy sets a flat fee for orders under $40, which came to £5.34 at checkout, and UK delivery is free over £31 (checked October 2026). Orders take 1 to 2 days to process and 7 to 14 business days to arrive, and the policy lists the UK among countries where import duty does not normally apply. Return requests are accepted within 30 days of receiving an order and need approval from support before anything is posted. Items must be unused, in the original packaging and with protective films and tags intact. The customer covers return postage unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 10 business days. Personalised products and gift cards cannot be returned. Ways to save at CASECESS The site takes 10% off a single item and 12% off two or more, and adds a free tempered-glass screen protector to larger baskets (checked October 2026).
