About CAMRA

What membership includes

Members can use the CAMRA discount scheme, which knocks money off pints at more than 3,000 participating pubs. Each year they also receive money-off tokens for pints, usable at over 1,000 pubs. These are worth £30 on a single membership or £40 on a joint one. Entry to more than 180 beer festivals is free or reduced, and CAMRA's books cost less for members.

Joining and costs

Membership starts from £34 a year. People aged 18 to 25 can join on a lower rate, from £25.50. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, and the welcome pack is posted to a UK address.

Beyond the card

More than 200 local branches run events, pub crawls and festivals, which is the easiest way into the community. The website has tools for finding pubs and clubs nearby, along with event listings and background on brewing and cider making. There is also an online shop selling CAMRA merchandise.

The campaigning side matters too. CAMRA speaks for beer drinkers and pub-goers on policy, and membership fees help fund that work.
