About BTOMIC

BTOMIC is an online watch label selling automatic wristwatches and matching straps through btomic.com. Its terms and conditions name BTOMIC Group Limited, with an address in Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong, as the company behind the store. The brand's story page says its founder and lead designer worked in fashion before co-founding BTOMIC, with watchmakers joining the team later. Delivery and returns BTOMIC's shipping policy lists free standard delivery to the UK, taking 8 to 12 days. Express delivery takes 5 to 7 days and is charged by parcel weight. Processing begins within one business day, and parcels leave from fulfilment warehouses in the United States, Switzerland, Germany or Hong Kong, picked according to the delivery address. Customs or import duties, where they arise, are the buyer's responsibility. The store ships to 46 countries in total, and US orders take 7 to 12 days on the free service. A return has to be authorised by customer service and requested within 30 days of delivery. Watches must come back unworn and in saleable condition, with every piece of original packaging and the certificates; a missing certificate incurs a replacement fee, and engraved or custom pieces are excluded. Return postage is the buyer's cost unless the watch is faulty. BTOMIC says refunds are processed within 7 business days of the parcel arriving, back to the original payment method.
