Boxtails
Boxtails makes ready-to-drink cocktails in pouches and sends them by post. The brand launched in 2019 and belongs to The East Coast Cocktail Company. Its boxes are sized for different jobs: a letterbox gift, a mixed selection to try, or a big batch for a party. It suits anyone who wants a proper cocktail at home without measuring and mixing it themselves.

About Boxtails
Choosing a box
- Letter Box: four single-flavour cocktails in a slim box. A neat gift, or a treat for yourself.
- Collection Box: the most popular option, a mix of single-serve pouches for trying different flavours. Limited editions appear through the year.
- Party Box: 1.5 litres of one cocktail, for gatherings where you need volume.
Each pouch keeps for at least nine months, so a box can wait in the cupboard until the right occasion. Boxtails also works with Niche Cocktails to keep its range in stock.
Delivery and support
London orders can arrive the same day, and the rest of the UK gets next-day delivery. Packaging is letterbox-friendly and fully recyclable. Boxtails also ships to Armed Forces addresses abroad. If something goes wrong with an order, contact customer service by phone or email; the team aims to acknowledge enquiries within 24 hours. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
Extras worth knowing
Boxtails Rewards gives points for purchases, referrals, social media activity and birthdays, which can be put towards later orders. NHS staff and students can claim a discount, the latter through TOTUM. The drinks use natural ingredients, and gin botanicals are sourced locally, partly by foraging.
